About Concurrency Limits
Concurrency limits control the maximum number of simultaneous voice calls your platform handles. The limit shown here is a local dashboard setting for monitoring purposes. To change the actual server-side concurrency, update your infrastructure configuration (LiveKit server capacity, agent worker replicas, and SIP trunk channel limits).
